Terms of Service for ArcWorks Sourcing

These terms govern use of the ArcWorks Sourcing website and the written inquiry desk. ArcWorks Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It is not rhino steel building systems. The desk does not claim authorized dealer status, and it is not affiliated with any manufacturer named in a search or in a buyer brief.

What the desk does

The desk helps a business buyer describe a pre-engineered steel building or a related warehouse, workshop or hangar requirement, then organize questions for factories that may quote an alternative. The work can include restating dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination and the shell, delivered, installed or turnkey boundary. It does not include engineering stamps, permit filings, site inspection, erection, or a promise that a particular factory will respond.

What a submission is

A form submission is a request for follow-up. It is not a purchase order, not an acceptance of a quotation, and not proof that goods exist. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences are buyer notes. They are not verified prices or ratings. Product names in the catalog are inquiry labels, not inventory and not a statement of compatibility with any brand.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the use, geometry, loads, code jurisdiction and commercial scope you send. You and your architects, structural engineers and code reviewers decide whether an alternative is acceptable. You should not treat a photograph, a third-party review page, or a homepage certification mark as evidence that a quoted system meets IBC, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1 or any local amendment.

Quotations and money

Any price comes from the responding supplier on the scope that supplier states. ArcWorks Sourcing does not guarantee a discount, a lowest price, or a percentage reduction against a market. Freight, tax, foundation, installation and documents can change the total. Comparing those totals is your commercial decision.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or inquiries that impersonate another company. Do not use the site to present ArcWorks Sourcing as a manufacturer or as a dealer of a third-party brand. We may decline a brief that lacks a business purpose or that asks for original-brand goods we do not supply.

Liability limit

The site is provided as an inquiry aid. To the extent the law allows, ArcWorks Sourcing is not liable for supplier performance, delivery, design suitability, code approval, or decisions you make from quotations. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or joint venture with a factory or with a referenced brand.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the inquiry form after an update means you read the current page. Questions about a live brief should be sent through the contact form so they stay with that requirement.
