Privacy Policy for ArcWorks Sourcing

This policy describes how ArcWorks Sourcing handles information submitted so the desk can compare alternative steel building quotations. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It does not operate a public showroom, and it does not ask you to create an account to send a brief.

Information you submit

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, optional phone, optional company, and the procurement requirement you write. If JavaScript is available, optional budget text and a supplier preference can be added to that requirement when the form is submitted. Those extras are buyer notes. They are not a credit decision and they are not a verified rating of a factory.

Why it is used

The brief is used to understand building use, dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, timing and scope, and to ask factories or trading suppliers whether they can quote an alternative. We may contact the email you provide with questions or with quotation material that a supplier sends back. We do not sell the brief as a marketing list.

What we do not collect on this page

The contact page does not embed a map, a street address, or a social login. Do not put payment card numbers or government identity numbers in the requirement box. Drawings you choose to describe in words are part of the brief; this form has no file upload.

How long it is kept

Inquiry records are kept while a comparison is active and for a limited period afterward so questions about the same brief can be answered. You may ask, through the same form, that a closed brief be deleted when the law does not require us to retain it. Supplier copies of a brief are controlled by those suppliers once they receive it.

Service providers

Email and hosting providers may process the message so it can be delivered. They are not authorized to use project details for their own product advertising. A factory that receives a brief is an independent party, not a processor acting as ArcWorks Sourcing.

International readers

The site is written for business buyers preparing projects with a United States destination or jurisdiction in mind. If you write from another country, the brief may be read in the United States. Do not submit personal information you are not allowed to share.

Contact about privacy

Privacy questions about a specific brief should be sent through the contact form and should mention the project email used on that brief. ArcWorks Sourcing does not publish a separate privacy hotline or postal address.
