How a brief moves
Restate the search
A brand query becomes building use, occupancy and whether the need is permanent or temporary. No original-brand product is promised at this step.
Lock geometry and loads
Footprint in feet or metres, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, design live load in psf, design dead load in psf, wind speed in mph, ground snow load in psf, and seismic design category A-F are written as known or unknown.
Name the commercial boundary
Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey are four boundaries. Foundation interface, utilities and permits stay assigned to a party.
Collect replies
Suppliers return price, exclusions, drawings they relied on, and schedule assumptions. Missing documents stay open. This desk does not stamp the design.
